Real tools, real strategies, real hope for workers navigating the AI transition
12 AI models · 37,000 words of research · One mission: help the most vulnerable
scrollAndrej Karpathy (former Director of AI at Tesla, co-founder of OpenAI) built an open-source visualization of every occupation in the US economy, scored by AI exposure using LLM analysis of Bureau of Labor Statistics data.
Karpathy measures how exposed you are. We measure what to do about it. Exposure alone does not predict outcomes — what matters is whether your fulcrum (financial stability, provable expertise, professional network) can support you through the transition. Take the diagnostic →
We built a week-by-week guide for people in crisis. Not motivational platitudes. Not "learn to code." Concrete steps for stabilization, orientation, and rebuilding — starting today.
Read the First Aid GuideThe Fulcrum Project was born from a simple conviction: if we have access to the most powerful tools on the planet, the least we can do is put them at the service of those who need them most.
We deployed 12 AI models simultaneously — Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Copilot, Qwen, Genspark, Meta AI, Perplexity, Mistral, and Kimi — each with a tailored research prompt, to produce 37,000 words of analysis. Then we synthesized them into something none could produce alone.
This is not a commercial project. There is nothing to buy. We are building free tools, guides, and resources for workers navigating the most significant labor market shift in a generation.
Now live: FulcrumScan (free diagnostic tool), full research visualization, and this resource hub. Coming next: reinvention roadmaps by profession, a resource directory by country, the First Aid guide, and regular analysis of the evolving landscape.
