The Reality
94%
of computer science tasks can theoretically be covered by current AI models. But only 33% are automated today. That 61-point gap is closing fast.

Inverted
The most vulnerable workers are not manual laborers. They are educated white-collar professionals: lawyers, analysts, programmers, translators. The group most exposed is 16% more female, earns 47% above median, and is 4x more likely to hold a postgraduate degree.

What We're Building

The Fulcrum Project was born from a simple conviction: if we have access to the most powerful tools on the planet, the least we can do is put them at the service of those who need them most.

We deployed 12 AI models simultaneously — Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Copilot, Qwen, Genspark, Meta AI, Perplexity, Mistral, and Kimi — each with a tailored research prompt, to produce 37,000 words of analysis. Then we synthesized them into something none could produce alone.

This is not a commercial project. There is nothing to buy. We are building free tools, guides, and resources for workers navigating the most significant labor market shift in a generation.

Coming soon: reinvention roadmaps by profession, a vulnerability calculator, a resource directory by country, and regular analysis of the evolving landscape.
